Lately I'm addicted to smoothies: making and drinking! They're so easy to prepare and there seem to be endless possibilities. Yesterday I made a frozen banana-strawberry one for dessert, the one pictured above is made with pear, banana and celery. And it's even healthy too! :)

I'm not much of a celery person, but the banana ad pear mix sound yummy!!
ReplyDeleteSounds good! So you just added the mix into the processor and that's it? Did you need to put in any additives.
ReplyDeletetheworldsdresser: I added some yoghurt to give it a little more thickness.
ReplyDeletehmm looks yummy and I loveee that straw! where did you get it?
ReplyDeleteCelery? I should give that a try!
ReplyDeleteI love frozen berries, banana & soymilk smoothies. Hmmm.
I'm not much of a bananaman --to put it subtly; bit it's a lovely word when (incorrectly) joined-- but we've taken on making smoothies recently. Yogurt (home made!), mixed with milk, strawberries (or other berries, or vanilla) and honey and then put in the blender for a little while.
ReplyDeleteHmmm....maar ik moest helaas gelijk denken aan die keer dat de blender besloot de kap eraf te lanceren en de hele keuken eronder zat :S
ReplyDeleteEn selderij? Wat gewaagd! :D
Erna: the paper straws are from Sissy Boy!
